Districts Where Payments Started Earlier (Mid-April 2025)
Phase 2 originally began in mid-April and covered several districts across Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Balochistan, AJK, and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Some of the active districts include:
- Punjab: Rawalpindi, Chakwal, Mandi Bahauddin, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan, Lahore, and more
- Sindh: Sukkur, Khairpur, Ghotki, Sujawal, Hyderabad
- KPK: Kohat, Karak, Shangla, Malakand
- Balochistan: Quetta, Chagai, Khuzdar, Dera Bugti
- AJK: Poonch, Bagh, Sudhnoti
- GB: Diamer, Ghanche, Ghizer
Each district had multiple tehsils where payments were distributed through specially set-up camp sites.

Phase 2 Final District Rollout – Starting May 20, 2025
If you haven’t received your payment yet, and your district was not part of the earlier rollout, don’t worry! From Monday, May 20, the final group of districts will begin receiving payments. These are being released under specific clusters, each managed by a different payment partner.

- Sindh: Sujawal, Tando Muhammad Khan, Tando Allahyar, Hyderabad
- Punjab: Rahim Yar Khan
- Balochistan: Khuzdar, Chagai
- KPK: Malakand
🧾 Cluster 11 – Via Bank Alfalah
- Sindh: Kashmore
- Punjab: Lahore, Hafizabad, Khanewal
- Balochistan: Kohlu, Dera Bugti
- KPK: Karak
🧾 Cluster 14 – Via Telenor
- Sindh: Sukkur
- Punjab: Muzaffargarh
- Balochistan: Washuk
- KPK: Kohat
- AJK: Poonch, Bagh, Sudhnoti
- Gilgit-Baltistan: Ghanche, Diamer
